The clients we represent have exclusivity to product type, geography, as well as can be more granular like value-add or core, building size, etc.

What does the time/cost commitment look like?

As we are a new firm looking for quality partnerships, we are looking for a three month commitment of $5,000/mo, after that we can continue the relationship, or part ways. We believe that proving out the concept, being responsive, giving timely updates, communicating regularly will allow us to build long term partnerships with our clients.

How often do you communicate with clients?

We hold monthly Zoom or phone calls, quarterly in-person meetings, and communicate daily via email on leads or updates that deserve timely correspondence.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Our engagements are highly tailored to the client’s specific needs, but a high-level overview is:

  • Determine strategic objectives and scope of acquisition criteria
  • Rank priority of pursuit targets
  • Set a cadence of meetings
  • Set up “War Room” where you can view live data capture, summaries, feedback from conversations with pursuits

Will your work interfere with my pre-existing broker relationships?

The answer is NO. If there is a pre-existing relationship with a given broker that we should discuss, please notify me. Ultimately we are here to make connections, not to get in the middle of relationships.

In addition to calling private investors directly, we interact with leasing agents, management companies, and active participants in the market to make sure our clients are seeing all deal flow and information.
